My Family

It has been an adventureful life so far!  I have been married to Josh for 3 years now.  We met when he was going through his divorce.  He had a little girl, Emma.  She was 1 1/2 when I met her for the first time.  What a wonderful little girl.  She is now 8 and boy has she really grown up!!  She definitely has a mind of her own!  In 2009 Arizona was brought into our lives and she has an independent little temperament!  She is into everything, always a busy little bee.  She knows what she wants and when she wants it, she wants it!!  We are expecting another little one in July!
We have had our good times and our bad times, but what family doesn't?  There is always something to do living on a farm.  Josh and his brother have taken over the family farm and it keeps them beyond busy considering they both work full time jobs on top of it.  I am a part time student at the University of Saint Francis in the Family Nurse Practitioner program.  I will be done in May of 2013.  It has been a dream of mine to become a NP. 
My parents divorced when I was 13.  My dad moved to Ohio but we still saw him every other weekend.  My mom used to live closer to me but moved in with her boyfriend not to long ago, there are a lot of times I wish she were closer, but what do you do?  My dad and step-mom had my little sister when I was 15.  Michelle lives in Ohio with my dad and step-mom, but I try to keep tabs on her like a big sister should do!! 
My brother Jeff is 17 months younger than me.  For the most part we were pretty close when we were younger.  He is married now and has 3 kids.  Nikki, Caitlyn, and Elijah.  We have had our differences, but he is still my little brother and just like Michelle, I do my best to watch out for him too!  The joys of being the older sibling!  I also had a step-sister Danielle, she passed away from an unexpected illness a couple of years ago.  I miss her, I really do.  We weren't that close but she was still my sister.
